Cancellation policy

Our Returns Policy allows for returns up to 14 days from the original purchase date. A return label fee will be taken out of the total refund amount for all returns. Unfortunately we cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error or item defect. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; Sale Items, Limited releases, socks, under garments, publications, and collaborations.

Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied. (Example: Sweater returned with damage to the original packaging, or without original packaging, will be returned to the customer.) 

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

If your return meets the requirements above, please proceed by emailing ParksAndNormal@gmail.com with your order number, name on order.

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately to ParksAndNormal@gmail.com with order number and name on the order number. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. You will receive a notification email upon your refund being processed.
